Sponsor & Donor SERVICES

Individuals and businesses can support OS4CA by Sponsoring or Donating. Interested parties can choose either the organization itself year-round or to select a specific event. Sponsors contribute goods, services, discounts, or experiences. Donors give monetary contributions.

Sponsor Levels

Year-round sponsors support OS4CA throughout the year, across every event and program. Sponsor contributions are accepted at retail value or current fair market value.

Org Community Sponsor

Provides a standing discount or free item to community members year-round, outside of the LINC UP Commerce Engagement & Benefits Program (CEBP). The benefit is available to all community participants.

Logo in the special partnership section of the website
Promotion advertised on the Community Sponsor section of the website throughout the sponsorship period
Logo featured in the app and in the registration system

Staff Sponsor (Year-Round)

Provides one of the following for OS4CA staff and volunteers throughout the year:

Up to 250 coupons or vouchers for the Staff Thank You package, valid at least through the end of the year,
A specific discount to patrons who show an OS4CA staff credential in store, or
A monetary or culinary donation directed toward volunteer staff support

Two sponsor-specific promotion posts or push notifications per quarter across social media and the app
Logo featured in the app and in the registration system
Distinction as Year-Round Staff Sponsor under the logo on the website and app
Acknowledgment in the annual Staff Sponsor Thank You post
Promotion material at information desks and designated promo space at OS4CA events

Three weekend passes per year, usable at any OS4CA event, to give to staff members

The deadline to receive the Event Staff shirt logo benefit is one month before the event, to allow for shirt printing.

Support Sponsor (Year-Round)

Provides goods, services, or resources that support OS4CA's year-round community engagement and pop-up activations, such as retail value prize support, experience vouchers, supplies, or pre-loaded in-store gift cards.

Sponsor an Event

Event sponsors receive recognition at a specific OS4CA event. Sponsor contributions are accepted at retail value or current fair market value. Applications are submitted through the sponsor application on each event's page, and questions can be sent to donors@oklahomaculture.org.

Event Community Sponsor

Provides a small discount or free themed item(s) for the duration of the event to any patron presenting an Event Badge or entry. The benefit is available to all participants of the event.

Event Attendee Sponsor

Attendee Sponsors typically offer one (1) or both (2) of the following options:

Up to 1,200 Standard Value coupons or vouchers for the Early Bird and Pre-Registration Sponsored Bags, valid at least through the end of the year
100 Higher Value coupons or vouchers for the Sakura Club (VIP) Membership Package, valid at least through the end of the year

In return, Attendee Sponsors receive:

Two sponsor-specific promotion posts or push notifications across social media and the app during the event, Thursday through Sunday
Mention in the Saturday reminder
Logo featured in the app and in the registration system
Distinction as Pre-Reg Sponsor, Sakura Sponsor, or Attendee Sponsor (depending on offerings) under the logo on the website and app

Event Staff Sponsor

Staff Sponsors typically provide one of any of the following:

Up to 250 coupons or vouchers for the Staff Thank You package, valid at least through the end of the year
A specific discount to patrons who show their staff badge in store during the event
A monetary or culinary donation directed toward feeding volunteer staff during the event

In return, Staff Sponsors receive:

Two sponsor-specific promotion posts or push notifications across social media and the app during the event, Thursday through Sunday
Logo featured in the app and in the registration system
Distinction as Staff Sponsor under the logo on the website and app
Acknowledgment in the Staff Sponsor Thank You post

Event Support Sponsor

Provides retail value prize support, experience vouchers, event entries, or pre-loaded in-store gift cards. Vendors and artists may instead receive one Vendor or Artist space in the event Shopping Bazaar (dependent on merchandise and donation amount) and two Vendor Badges.

Donate to OS4CA

Year-round giving funds OS4CA itself: community programs, volunteer support, technology, and operations across every event and brand.

How Levels Work

Levels are based on total giving within a 12-month period.
One-time gifts, annual gifts paid upfront, annual gifts paid in installments, and monthly gifts all count equally toward a level.
Monthly donors receive a Monthly Donor designation. No other distinction is made based on payment method.
Each level includes everything in the levels below it.
Benefits apply across all OS4CA events, brands, and programs.
Each included adult pass comes with one free child pass (12 and under).
VIP passes are in addition to general admission passes and apply only at events that offer VIP access.
Lounge access applies only at events that have a sponsor lounge.
Priority placement gives a donor an exclusive window to renew or select an event donation tier or portion donation before it opens to the public. Higher levels receive an earlier window and first choice of portions.

Discounted company ticket access is determined per event. Participating companies provide an employee count so that discount codes can be allotted.

Individuals and Businesses

Individuals: Recognition is by name, or anonymous at the donor's request. Passes, merchandise, and a small friends and family discount allotment are the primary value.
Businesses: Recognition is by logo. Bronze and above receive discounted company ticket access. Silver and above add shared social posts (1 per year at Silver, scaling to a multi-brand campaign at Platinum and Diamond) and event app push advertisements. Gold and above add logo placement on volunteer shirts.

Designation

Donors may leave a gift unrestricted or designate it to a program area, such as LINC|UP or Volunteer Support. Designation does not change a donor's level.

OS4CA is a nonprofit organization. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.

Donate to an Event

Event donations support a specific OS4CA event, either through a whole-event donation tier or by funding a defined portion of the event.

Event donations are event funds. They raise the donor's recognition level in Donate to OS4CA but are not counted as unrestricted OS4CA funds. Each pass included with a donation comes with one free child pass (12 and under). Lounge access applies only at events that have a sponsor lounge.
